They acknowledge once you walk in the door very good service fast and also have deliveries for patients with disabilities that is great keep up the good job highly recommend it. Fred pharmacist and staff always greet you with a smile good job.

Incredible customer service and pleasant staff. I Highly recommend this pharmacy as they have delivery as well. Quick and efficient and super professional. If advice needed, Farid the proprietor is always available in the most sweetest manner. Again, I can’t recommend them enough. Very happy with their service

Fred and his staff are knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Yes it’s true some times they get overwhelmed and busy with their clients but that’s because of their knowledge that so many people trust them. They took their time to explain the medications to my parents and had them delivered right away.... Much better than the horrible corporate experiences out there that it takes hours and hours of waiting😊

I'm not sure what type of social interaction the negative reviewers are expecting from their pharmacist, but Fred is a kind and competent pharmacist and always willing to help when needed. The staff always get me in and out quickly, which is what I appreciate most. I have been pleased with the service received for many years.

Great, consistent, and direct. I get really anxious about refilling my meds because it has been such a challenge in the past. They've been patient with my millions questions and accommodating around some other needs. My mother who works in healthcare and sometimes calls on my behalf agrees and said she would recommend United to patients.

I have been a patient of United Pharmacy for over 10 years. By far, THE BEST pharmacy I've found in Los Angeles for my needs. It is small which means I get very personalized care, and don't receive robocalls at all hours reminding of what I need refilled. They are always so gracious, warm and helpful. I see other reviews that claim Fred, the owner, is rude. That couldn't be further from the truth. He is so compassionate. He notices when I'm feeling better, or less better, and he cares so much. He's very knowledgeable about drug interactions, how something might affect sleep or other routines and gives me the information I need so I avoid side effects. He's given me referrals to really awesome doctors when I've asked. He even gave me the name of a great credit union to use when I bought my last car! Best of all, whatever I need, he always has it in stock, and they move very quickly to get my prescriptions filled. Are they a little bit far from where I live? Yes. But they are so worth the extra few minutes drive-time. Covid safe! Prices are competitive for a small pharmacy. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

When I had COVID, they made sure everything was handled promptly. Jose, the delivery driver, is friendly, professional, and shows up with a smile.

I called long distance from out of state to assist my son in getting some medicine he couldn't secure elsewhere. Fred was immediately helpful, took the information from me, and said he'd have it ready the next morning. Then he called me an hour later and said that it was ready tonight. My son was able to pick up the medication immediately, with no issues whatsoever. We really appreciate Fred and the pharmacy!

I can't say enough good things about the service here. The staff is consistently kind and incredibly efficient. My prescription is almost always ready by the time I drive over from my doctor’s office. What truly sets them apart is their dedication. On multiple occasions they’ve stayed open past 7:00 PM when I called and said I was on my way just to ensure I could pick up my medication. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. They also deliver for a reasonable delivery fee.
